Many things in life can cause us to feel off balance or not like ourselves. This can include difficult life transitions, lack of motivation, feeling 'stuck', struggles with becoming a mom, fertility problems, or grief and loss.
When we experience these situations we can feel alone or scared to say how we really feel. I strive to make women feel comfortable and safe so that they can talk about the hardships of life and begin to feel like themselves again.

Your First Visit
1. Phone Consultation: We will set up a time to speak on the phone where I will gather information. During this brief call it is important to determine whether I am the best person to help you reach your goals. If so, we will schedule an intake appointment. However, if I am unable to provide the services requested I will happily help you find a good match.
What is CBT and Mindfulness?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: CBT is a proven treatment to address many concerns including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It increases awareness and understanding of our patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior. In therapy, clients learn to change and control these patterns.
What is Online Therapy?
Some people find it convienent to meet when they have the flexibility to talk in the comfort of their home or from a private office space. I use a HIPAA compliant video platform that allows for confidential online therapy sessions.
